Several years ago we filed a lawsuit under the Fair Labor Standards Act on behalf of current and former police officers employed by the City of San Antonio, Texas, for unpaid off-the-clock work performed in connection with a variety of activities.  Approximately 350 individuals opted into that case and it is presently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio.

How do I get involved?

This case is closed to any further Plaintiffs and we do not contemplate that any other Plaintiffs will join this action.  If you believe you have a suit similar to the one in this case, please complete an overtime claim submission form for review.
